This fee is a standard charge that appears on every service ticket to help cover supplies and equipment used during your visit, regardless of the type of service performed. It sounds like there may have been a recent visit where this charge was unintentionally omitted, and I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Our goal is to be as clear and transparent as possible, and we’ll work to ensure our advisors explain this upfront in the future.
