A little time will tell, but my car broke down right while driving and I took it to this dealership. I knew the problem and ask them to fix it, they actually went through the entire car and found sever while driving and I took it to this dealership. I stuck with my original plan, if it holds, I will likely take it back to them to deal with the other concerns they noted when I have more time. It was a really nice breakdown of what was breaking down. They clearly let me know what was a concern and what could wait. Great service Dept. Appreciate yall slipping me in and getting me out the same day without an appointment. More

I bought a car from this dealership and worked with James. While everything was handled fairly on paper, I can’t say I felt genuinely taken care of during the process. There was a clear lack of communication, and interactions felt rushed, cold, and unprofessional at times. I didn’t feel like a valued customer—more like a transaction. There were also things James mentioned would be taken care of, like cleaning off tape residue, fixing the windshield, and filling up the tank, but those weren’t followed through. After the purchase, communication became nearly nonexistent—except when he needed my insurance a week later. Even now, almost two weeks after picking up the car, I still haven’t heard anything about my registration. Overall, while the deal got done, the entire experience felt impersonal and left me with a lingering sense of distrust. I expected a higher level of professionalism and follow-through. More
