After a terrible experience at another Dealer, I went to Sterling very skeptical. However I was greeted by a friendly sales person named Sofia. I had looked online and knew what I wanted to test drive. S Sterling very skeptical. However I was greeted by a friendly sales person named Sofia. I had looked online and knew what I wanted to test drive. She took me right to it with no hassle. No games or stories about how “we just sold that car we had advertised at such a good price”. Then I had some questions and the sales manager (David) was very pleasant and again answered my questions without any games or xx. This was exactly as car buying should be. Offer me a fair price, let me decide, then get the paperwork done quickly so I can get back to my life. Sadly, most dealers don’t do this. Most play games and try to manipulate you into buying something you don’t want or pay more than you want. Or they add on thousands in fees at the end. Not Sterling. They do have fees, but they told me up front without hassle. I was in and out in under two hours. I’ll be back to this dealer! More

Complete garbage the whole experience and service advisors need some more work! More

A very clean dealership. Everyone seemed to have a job to accomplish. However, no senior citizen discount, come on, let’s get with it.
