We understand that even with an appointment, a 2 hour wait for an oil change is frustrating and not the level of efficiency we strive for. This is something we will review with our team to improve moving forward. Regarding the shop charge, it is a standard fee that covers the cost of small, disposable materials and services used during the repair process, such as rags, cleaners, and proper handling of used fluids. These items are necessary to complete the service but are not installed on the vehicle. Our coupons do state that they apply to the service itself and are subject to taxes and shop charges. That said, we will communicate this clearly and provide a friendly, transparent experience.
