I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the vehicle wash. The advisor chose not to send your vehicle through the automated wash because the radio antenna was being held on with tape. Our goal is to return each vehicle in the same condition or better than when it arrived, and the wash could have caused the antenna to break off completely.
