I know warranty has run out .you keep repeating that has your reason for not fixing my car. Im say your shop was responsible for the damage in my opinion they claimed lug nut was seized up on stud because of rust which was not true nut was cross threaded on stud had to replace stud and nut.Im saying even if Car was still under warranty you should still be responsible for damage not the warranty. Your basically saying its not your problem and Im wrong . I'LL SAY Again in my opinion you should have fixed my car because you guys are the only ones that has ever rotated my tires since I purchased my car so thats how i know it happed in your shop.so from now on i will take it somewhere else for this type of service . Somone that I will have more confidence in and hopefully stand by their quality of work and customer service.
