Prior to this visit, I would have given Toyota of Austin 5 stars. As a military family, we have had our vehicle serviced at toyota dealerships in 4 states, and before yesterday, Toyota of Austin was at the 5 stars. As a military family, we have had our vehicle serviced at toyota dealerships in 4 states, and before yesterday, Toyota of Austin was at the top of my list. I took my car in on Tuesday for an oil change and to have the AC checked out as it hasn’t been cooling sufficiently. Tuesday afternoon, I got a quote to fix the A/C plus another wear and tear item that wasn’t urgent, but was expensive. The estimate for both repairs is approaching the Kelly blue book value for the car, so I decided to think on it before making the investment to fix it. So we proceeded with the oil change and I got notice Wednesday around noon that my car was ready. After paying for the diagnostic fee for the A/C issue, plus oil change and alignment, I went to get into my car and noticed a HUGE crack in the windshield in front of the drivers side that certainly had not been present when I dropped the car off. Annoyed, but understanding that accidents happen, I got out of the car to tell my service advisor what happened. He came over to look at it and told me he’d be in touch to tell me what he could do for me but told me to go ahead and leave because he knew I was in a hurry. Several hours later I received a voicemail (transcript attached,) saying that the technician said the crack was there when I dropped it off, and that he had photos of it from drop off as well. I immediately called back and left a message as well as a text (screenshot attached) asking to see the photos from before. I’m a reasonable person and it’s possible that there may have been a small chip or crack that I missed before I dropped it off, but this HUGE crack is right in front of the drivers view- I would not have missed it. I went back and looked at our ring camera from the night before (pic attached) and can see no evidence of any damage. Also, the vehicle report card (image attached) did not indicate any window dings in need of replacing, which is curious as they are typically pretty liberal in their list of repairs they think you should make. I’m still waiting on the photo evidence I asked for yesterday. No return phone call, text or email, after basically calling me a liar. I’ve probably spent close to $15,000 in maintenance at Toyota of Austin in the 3 years we’ve lived here and was about to spend almost $6,000 more on these repairs they quoted me for this week. I also planned to replace my current toyota with another toyota when it’s finally time to make the switch. That ends today. We’ll either visit Totota of Cedar Park to purchase our next vehicle or switch brands entirely. So disappointing. More
This review is for who I'm calling "the hardest working man in sales," Jeremy Brumley. I have to say that I was pretty particular with what I wanted and needed time to think things through, and he patient man in sales," Jeremy Brumley. I have to say that I was pretty particular with what I wanted and needed time to think things through, and he patiently waited for me to make up my mind while not forgetting about my interest in the vehicle. Also, I checked with several dealerships and Jeremy/Toyota of North Austin ended up giving me the best deal. I have no complaints and was pleasantly surprised with the process. Definitely don't be intimidated because of all the salespeople "hungrily" waiting in the parking lot. I was worried that I'd made the wrong choice when I pulled up and saw them all standing out there, but Jeremy was very down to earth and it ended up being alright. Thumbs up for the finance guy, Q Jones, too for explaining everything and making that process smooth. Q and Jeremy were there with me until about 10 pm finishing all my paperwork and getting me on the road in my new car. So, again, you can't go wrong with Toyota of North Austin's sales process, especially if you deal with Jeremy. More
Nathan baker is the only rep to deal with. Honest and personable. Jared on the other hand, is the worst person I’ve ever met. He is a liar and a thief. Honest and personable. Jared on the other hand, is the worst person I’ve ever met. He is a liar and a thief. More

I purchased a 2025 Crown with 9690 miles on it. I found the car on Wednesday and purchased it on Thursday. I did not finance through Toyota. I had a check in hand. After negotiating for over an hou I found the car on Wednesday and purchased it on Thursday. I did not finance through Toyota. I had a check in hand. After negotiating for over an hour of them trying to get me to finance with Toyota, a price was set and I was to return on Thursday to pick up the car and give my money. The salesperson (Alton) called me on Thursday to ensure I would be there around 3 to pick up the car. I asked him to have the car clean and the paperwork ready for me to sign. I got there and the car was still sitting in the spot I had left it. Although they confirmed I would be there as to not waste their time or be with another customer, I took off work early to appease every one. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER, I drove off. AFTER I signed the paperwork and they brought my still dirty car around, Alton proceeded to tell me there was only ONE FOB for the car and there were NO FLOORMATS which the description of the car clearly had the floor mat package. I have contacted them twice about this…first reply was they were off, second contact was trying to give me old 2024 floor mats!! I paid a lot of money for this car to not get new floor mats replaced and another fob for the vehicle. I asked for a manager before I left to discuss the floor mats and they called the salesman instead!! This is not my first Toyota, but my first from Toyota of North Austin and my last from this dealership. I have dealt with Toyota a lot in my lifetime and never been treated like this!! Finance was rude for only signing papers and giving them a check. More
