Scheduled a service and was expecting to pay $900. Got sent over a quote after they did an inspection and they recommended some additional service that I agreed to because the quote came out to $1042. I went to pick up my truck and the bill was $1350. I asked what the different me was and was told well this service on the quote we can’t adjust the price we sent you and we forgot to add the labor on this quote and a couple other items, plus we didn’t add your 10% discount on your online quote. The service advisor said next time you come in see me and I might be able to get you a free oil change or something. I replied with the difference is more than one oil change. He adjusted some labor pricing but still walked out with a bill $200 more than I was quoted for all of the service that got done. Additionally, I took my truck in at 1pm and got a call around 3:30 and they are like oh and can we keep your truck over night, I said yes as long as I can get a shuttle tomorrow. I had to reach out to find out when my truck was done and then when asked for a shuttle they said I will see if I have any available. More
