Both of them were incredibly patient with me as I was constantly calling my parents for guidance. Berto worked with us to find a car and a deal that we just could not pass up. He went above and beyond and stayed late to make sure that I was all set. I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with getting maintenance done. Twice we were having issues with acceleration of the Prius when it was cold, but above freezing, going uphill. Very little power. At the same time, they checked the whole vehicle and found no issues with anything. It was still FREE when I checked out. Some of my past experiences in the last 10 years were not good and we have refrained from returning to the dealership for any reason. It was good to see that the service this time was excellent and well organized since it was taken over by new management. Please keep up the good work. Thank you! More
