We made our trip into Prime at 10am and drove home at 12:30 with our new used truck. The atmosphere was excellent. Very friendly. The associates all included me in their conversations like I was a person. Sometimes women aren't treated with respect at dealerships. I was inpressed by being included in the purchase of our vehicle. We would recommend Prime to anyone looking for a vehicle before going to other places. We had free coffee and donuts. We were offered lunch. They have a lunch bar there. We cannot praise Prime enough. They are professional in all aspects. We love our GMC very much. I needed to be at work by 1 pm. They made sure we had all the paperwork signed and was on the road in time. We would really like to thank Tim Simpson for all he did. He handed me the keys to start the truck.
