I really dreaded going to purchase a new vehicle as I have had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past and their "pushy" salesman. He went over the vehicle with me inside and out and answered all of my questions without hesitation and was very knowledgeable and curtious. I also met with Jason Theriault, the business manager. Jason is fun and the "paper process" was quick. He also answered all of my questions without hesitation and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. After I left Jason's office, I was once again greeted by Jim. He introduced me to Jason Carr, who is one of the delivery specialists. Jason gave me a tour of the service department and the boutique. He also brought me out to my new vehicle (that had just been washed) and went over the features with me and handed me the keys to my new car. One of the managers came out to thank me for my purchase and he also made sure I was completly satisfied. I had a great experience with Prime Toyota and would not hesitate to buy from them again. I was shopping for a used vehicle needing to get out of my current one due to payment. I found a used nissan Altima that was perfectly priced. I traded in my VW Cabrio for a 2007 Camry. Rob, our salesman, was very nice, great sense of humor, basically no problem. After we drove off with our new car, the customer service was very poor. I left 4 messages (one per day) on Rob's voicemail for him to call me back because I forgot to take the license plates on my VW Cabrio and wanted them back and I also wanted floor mats since none were included. My spouse waited 1 hour at the dealership - no one knew anything about the plates for floor mats. I also tried as a last resort to email Rob and there was no reply. As of today, we do not have the plates and we were not contacted by Rob, our saleman. More
