Always excellent service! They really take care of your needs and they make you feel special just because you own a Toyota! My Service guy I can’t remember his name maybe Robbie, not sure but he really went out of his way to give me excellent service and he was very professional and made me happy! He gave me a really good deal on the service price and made sure I walked out of there satisfied with the service performed on my Rav 4. I live very far from this dealership but the way they treat me is worth my drive! More

It is chaos and confusion. There is no clear communication between departments, which leaves customers wandering around. There is no clear process for pick up after payment for There is no clear communication between departments, which leaves customers wandering around. There is no clear process for pick up after payment for service. Directional signs get you to the place, but there is no one there to tell you that your car is coming or if you have to provide a receipt to have the car brought around. This dealership used to be our go-to place for service, but it is a hot mess with renovations going on. More

The Finance Manager, Giorgis Andreakos, is wonderful, he helped me set up renewal new extended warranty plan, he is always kind, friendly and knowledge as when he was service adviser for me for years.
