My first time of service today. Nobody educate me regarding their protocol or process about how i will know if my car is ready. I wasted 2 hours waiting after my car completed. The guy stated that he came to the room but I didn't hear anyone calling my name. When I confronted him I don't like his attitude. I think customer should be called on their phone plus texting. Service was done all green lights- came to pick my car the doors and windows were no working- no lights inside. How can I trust on the service?
