After waiting 3 1/2 hours for my car, which I brought in for an oil change and inspection, I talked to my service guy who told me it was "still in line for service". I waited another 1/2 hour and talked with the asst. service manager and service manager about having to wait 4 hours for my vehicle, even with an appointment. Finally, about 45 later I was able to leave. Very poor customer service.
