I have purchased cars from this dealership in the past and I have been happy with cars. The salesman are generally honest and explained the vehicles well. (a very old tactic to wear the buyer down) You have to read the documents closely with the guy in the finance department because he will attempt to sell you something you do not need. If the buyer misses something then it is financed for the life of the loan. This is unfortunate. I caught something after I reviewed the documents at home. I was told later that he received a “kickback” for everything he sold. Cars are so expensive. Why abuse your customers? More

He gave me a really good deal on the service price and made sure I walked out of there satisfied with the service performed on my Rav 4. I live very far from this dealership but the way they treat me is worth my drive! More

It is chaos and confusion. There is no clear communication between departments, which leaves customers wandering around. Directional signs get you to the place, but there is no one there to tell you that your car is coming or if you have to provide a receipt to have the car brought around. This dealership used to be our go-to place for service, but it is a hot mess with renovations going on. More
The Finance Manager, Giorgis Andreakos, is wonderful, he helped me set up renewal new extended warranty plan, he is always kind, friendly and knowledge as when he was service adviser for me for years.
