This is the second time I tried the service, and it has been a no to go. I will not go back. The wait to drop off and pick up is ridiculous,, you receive a text message that your vehicle is ready to pick u been a no to go. I will not go back. The wait to drop off and pick up is ridiculous,, you receive a text message that your vehicle is ready to pick up you go and pay for service and you have to wait for them to bring your car to you ,, and they forget your even there waiting !!! Ghetto service department! Millions of dollars spent on a physical remodel that resulted in new tile on the floor and multiple waiting areas, but horrible service and a less th Millions of dollars spent on a physical remodel that resulted in new tile on the floor and multiple waiting areas, but horrible service and a less than enjoyable experience. An appointment for a simple service that was promised to be completed within 90 minutes of my appointment time…actually took 120 minutes before the car is even looked at. The inside of the facility is chaotic with overhead music, multiple tv stations with volume up and many customers using speaker phones to watch videos and have calls. The service advisors playing on their phones and not responding to texts sent through the method they requested, and a service manager that just apologizes, but does nothing to resolve the service issues. No focus on customer service or experience. More
