Regarding the temporary license plate issue, I'd like to clarify that for all export deals, a temporary plate must be obtained from the DMV office. Unfortunately, this process can sometimes cause delays, and I apologize that this was not clearly explained upfront. We should have communicated this requirement more effectively to avoid the frustration you experienced.
