No transparency what so ever. Whenever i am there i feel like i am always pushed into buying stuff. This time it was a spark plug job which was quoted by my advisor worth $300. Funny enough i had just bought that part from them a month ago and had got it changed by a mobile mechanic which had no element of part swap or anything of that sort. Highly dissatisfied and would never ‘buy’ a vehicle from them when i am not even contented with the after sales service e.g. oil changes, periodic maintenance and so on. Hope that someone reads this and pays attention rather than just expanding their brand. More
