Service is below average. This is my 3rd time using this dealership and I get more dissatisfaction with every service. Greater is unwelcoming with poor attitude. Service attendants stated he would keep informed on any additional service that may be needed. Never saw him again. I had to go find out about my vehicle after 2 hours. I know there is construction, waiting area is not comfortable for the number of people. I stayed on the outside waiting area to get better air circulation. My mistake, I got harassed by their annoying customer(rude, use of profanity and inappropriate behavior). The manager acknowledged this customer behavior once I got in my vehicle leaving after 2 1/2 hour of torture. He said he have come over to say something but he didn’t and he wanted to apologize for the customer behavior once, I couldn’t have used that concern hour before that talk.
