Service department “lost track of my car” I waited 40 minutes in the hot sun while they found it. This is already after waiting 2 hours for the service to be completed. My car was found in the sold parki minutes in the hot sun while they found it. This is already after waiting 2 hours for the service to be completed. My car was found in the sold parking space instead of being delivered to me in the pickup area. It seems the department has very poor communication skills internally and with their customers as well. Previously the service department had left a loose panel underneath my car after servicing. They fixed it this time around. More
