Customer service is terrible. I dropped off my vehicle for services, and I get a call stating that they will buy my used vehicle for $33,100. When I actually went to sell my veh I dropped off my vehicle for services, and I get a call stating that they will buy my used vehicle for $33,100. When I actually went to sell my vehicle they offered me $28,000. Then they came back and said we can do $30,000. I was not happy with the service. I was not happy with the customer that was provided. I was not happy with the sales representatives. I was not happy with the sales director. I was initially expecting what they quoted which was $33,100. They should have never backed out. They even stated “we see your vehicle is in our service dept” and we will offer you $33,100. Im not happy with the service that was provided. I will never purchase a vehicle from Toyota ever again!
