I found it very unprofessional to not honor your own promotions. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change that was 49.99 with a 10 percent off offer for afternoon service. I arrived at 1230 for just an oil change that takes 5 hours of waiting? Then to be told that you won't honor your offer because my vehicle isn't a toyota. Weird considering it is a lexus that toyota makes. Nowhere on your scheduling page is this mentioned. I asked for this to be honored and all I'm told is sucks to suck. More
