Service was done all green lights- came to pick my car the doors and windows were no working- no lights inside. How can I trust on the service? My first time of service today. Nobody educate me regarding their protocol or process about how i will know if my car is ready. I wasted 2 hours waiting after my car completed. 3 hours wait time for just the oil change. The person they assigned Javier never picked up my call. When I went to his desk, he was not there so they told me to wait there.
