The rating would be higher except when I made the appointment I included regular maintenance with recall repair. I was not told that my car would first have to be assessed and parts ordered under the appointment I included regular maintenance with recall repair. I was not told that my car would first have to be assessed and parts ordered under the recall. In fact, I was told the recall repairs would take 2 to 3 hours, so I should take the shuttle home. Now, I have to return for recall repairs, I went thinking everything would be resolved in one visit. Not that big of a deal, because I decided to wait. I would have been xxxxxx if I had taken the shuttle, only to receive a call, shortly after I got home,that only maintenance had been done, and I’d have to return for the recall. Communication is important. Keep the client informed. More
