Billy was great! Very easy to deal with! This was my first time buying a Toyota and I would recomend him to anyone! Well, it was my Mom and I who went car shopping so we were just waiting to be attacked by care salesmen, however, at Toyota the experience was wonderful. We looked around for a few minutes and then we we were just waiting to be attacked by care salesmen, however, at Toyota the experience was wonderful. We looked around for a few minutes and then we were approached by the salesman. He just asked us a few questions about what we were looking for and offered suggestions, knowledge, and offered us a test drive. We even left to go to other dealerships, but he was very friendly and helpful. When we returned to Toyota to purchase a vehicle, the staff and salesman was respectful and worked with us very well. A couple of months later, when I returned to pick up my license plate, the employee even came out and personally attached my license plate for me. The building is clean and the employees are very friendly, helpful, and respectful. I would suggest that everyone looking to buy a new car, visit Toyota on Lapalco first! More
