From the beginning with the receptionist my visit was Excellent. I went to another dealer a few days before going to Toyota and I'm still waiting on a Purchase Agreement from them and with the help of My Excellent. Myron was so nice and helpful I couldnt do much talking. I smiled all day. Bobby came out and met us and gave he the inpression that he cared and was interested in what was going on. He checked on us through out the time that we were there. Myron said I was going home in my car and he made sure it happen. The service was beyond my beliefs. I've never received such exceptional service from anyone. Myron was like my angel. I knew what I wanted and it was almost as if he read my mind and made it happen for me. My fiance' was over joyed with the service. He was really impressed that Myron and Bobby was straight to the point nothing hidden. As my fiance' puts it THATS WHAT YOU CALL REAL SALESMEN. I was very satisfied with the my overall experience and I would reccommend them all day everyday. We were so touch by them that we sending them an invitation to our wedding. I have given the highest ratings possible on MY Sales Rep(Myron Hawkins) as well as the Toyota dealership (including the General Manager, Finance Manager and Customer Relations Manager). Everyone has gone above and beyond FANTASTIC customer service. The warmth that I received from the Toyota family strongly influenced my decision to purchase my vehicle from Toyota. I did visit other dealerships (Saturn and Nissan)and the visit lasted less than 20 minutes (due to the fact that I felt more like a # more than a valued customer). When arriving at Toyota Harvey, I was immediately welcomed by the General Manager and Myron Hawkins. I was able to tell them what my needs and wants were for my car purcahse and they went above and beyond to make sure they were met. The entire process lasted less than 3 hours. I have NO REGRETS for making my final car purchase decision with Toyota Harvey. On a further note, I received in the mail, an invitation to a Customer Appreciation dinner (FABULOUS IDEA). There was a drawing for a color television. GUESS WHO WON? Yours TRULY (ME). Lol I brag to all of my co-workers and friends on my car and my new Toyota family. Most responses are, "I'm going to have to get me a Toyota and check your people out". Myron Hawkins and the remaining Toyota family ROCKS.
