First let me say my husband and I were headed to PCB on vacation. About halfway from Indiana we got a warning on our Tiguan saying to check oil levels. We stopped at 3am to check finding our vehicle low o vacation. About halfway from Indiana we got a warning on our Tiguan saying to check oil levels. We stopped at 3am to check finding our vehicle low on oil. We didn’t have an option to get to a dealer in the middle of the night so bought oil to top off and continue to Florida. About 3 quarts later and seeing there was an active small leak of some sort. We called the Panama City Volkswagen to see if our car could be seen. They did not have anything until Thursday. This was Saturday before Easter. We decided to just stop in to see if someone could at least take a quick look. I have to give a BIG SHOUTOUT to your service department and to Brandon who served us. He did a quick intake and kept our car for the weekend so it could be immediately looked at Monday. They even drove us to our condo luggage and all. I got a call a few hours later that they did a quick look over and check. They found that on our recent oil change the oil filter was only hand tight. What a relief! This is a 5- Star establishment with a great crew. I know we are not from Florida but we do come often for vacation. I will definitely keep them in mind and in all honesty we will be looking for a new vehicle in the near future and because of this service we would consider using them for our next Volkswagen purchase. Seriously, customer service is a pillar here and it shows. Thank you from both of us. We are so appreciative of your care and service. Also, wanted to take a moment to mention our service tech was at the desk when we went to pick up explaining what was found and Brandon took the time to follow up before we left making sure we had everything we needed.
