LOL - I tried to contact the GM of Grubbs Acura to share my experience, they wouldn't even tell you who that is.... Anyone else notice all the bad reviews they receive, and Grubbs' generic response is always "We are disappointed to learn of your experience here at Grubbs Acura, but will take this opportunity to improve." If you buy a car there, you probably got a raw deal, they won't try to improve, they just pray on those who don't know any better.

This is a very bad, bad dealership and no one has followed up yet. I have even filed a complaint with the Acura corporation and this dealer does not give a crap about its customers. People reading this should watch out where they are entering to conduct their car buying business. Be cautious friends and families!
