Not being honest or responsible. Last week, after the service, the staff were extremely careless — they left my car windows and sunroof open on a rainy day. When I told them about the situation, their explanation was completely unacceptable and irresponsible. They claimed that it was my fault, saying that my key somehow opened the windows by itself. That’s totally unreasonable and insulting. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers. Whenever they make a mistake, they try to cover it up or blame the customer instead of admitting what they did wrong and apologizing. That shows what kind of attitude they have toward customer service. Anyone thinking about going to this dealership should think twice. More

We purchased two cars on the same day. They took almost two months to finance one of the cars but didn’t tell us that it wasn’t funded. Because of that, my credit took a huge hit with the car that I traded in there. I specifically told them to only run my credit one time, but I later found out that they ran my credit at least 5 times which also hit my credit. On the second car that I purchased, they told me that they would fix the vent in the car and they never did. I also notified them about the cup holder being broken and they initially lied to me about it until I pushed back harder. I also added the taxes into my loan and I still haven’t received the check to pay for my tags and this is two months later. I know a few other people who have had major issues with this dealership. I tell everyone who asks me to run away from this dealership. Our sales lady was great but the business/finance side has been a nightmare that I’m still paying for. Do not use this company! More
