The finance person also pressured me for a long time trying to get me to buy a warranty. The finance person then pulled a fast one and switched the finance company without informing me. All this is after I repeatedly informed them I wanted to use my own bank for financing (I gave into the pressure) and repeatedly saying I wanted to wait until the payoff on my trade was known before signing paperwork, again I gave into the pressure. I will not recommend anyone else buy from Grubbs nor will I buy from Grubbs again because of the high pressure environment created by the finance person. More
I would give 0 stars if I could. This dealership is a joke. It all started in February 2025 when we went in and got our ford. We had a hard time getting the almost $4k luxury fee and almost $900 doc fee taken off but after them trying to sneak one over on us it was taken off. Then the paperwork was messed up by them and I didn't hear about it until I tried to make my first payment and the lender didn't have any of my info. We decided to use our own bank to finance and reworked the paper which was a hassle in itself. Now after 2 temp tags and 2 months since we finances it through our own bank, I still have no title and I can't get anyone to return calls or emails. Don't waste your time or money. More

We purchased an Acura MDX mid January and have yet to receive our title 3.5 months later. We have been given every excuse in the book. Finally, it was admitted that the ball was simply dropped. Everyone receive our title 3.5 months later. We have been given every excuse in the book. Finally, it was admitted that the ball was simply dropped. Everyone from sales to upper management has been dishonest and passive. The vehicle cannot be driven, as it is not titled or tagged to us, yet we have not been delinquent on a payment. They have offered nothing but to pay for a ticket, if we get pulled over. Is that a joke? No one has responded to my calls or emails in over a week now. We also purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle but were attempted to be charged for service as it was not listed as CPO. The whole experience has been frustrating and is ongoing. More

Worst experience ever. We drove 7 hours to get there today. Before we left on this trip, we had an agreement on price and warranty and had the screenshots to prove it. When we get there, we’re informed that the original agreement won’t work and the warranty went from 7 years to 4yrs and 9 months - all for the same agreed upon price. They wouldn’t make any other concessions to make up for this or lower the price any. It was a wasted 7hr trip for us since we told them no and to let it rot on the parking lot. More
