My RDX was a certified vehicle and I was supposed to get two keys with my purchase. I was promised the second key would be found and sent but all I’m getting is placed on hold for 30 minutes and never a cal two keys with my purchase. No returned phone calls and being placed on hold for 30 minutes isn’t the kind of service I’m used to from Acura. More
Had my car for over a year. Did not fix the issues entirely. Kept damaging the vehicles paint during maintenance. Vehicle still has issues that need to be fixed that were a part of why I brought it in. So, work was never full completed after over a year of maintenance, with no updates, constantly new damage. And I received essentially nothing in return. I have given up trying to work with the service department. Never will I ever bring this vehicle back to "make things right" because it WILL get damaged again and I cannot continue without having my car for another year. I use the car for Uber and was unable to work because I cannot use a loaner for work. By far the most terrible experience I've ever had. More

Very disorganized and no knowledge of what was being done to my car. I actually asked what was done after the service was finally completed and followed up with text and voicemail with NO REPLY!Extremely poo to my car. Not being honest or responsible. Last week, after the service, the staff were extremely careless — they left my car windows and sunroof open on a rainy day. When I told them about the situation, their explanation was completely unacceptable and irresponsible. They claimed that it was my fault, saying that my key somehow opened the windows by itself. That’s totally unreasonable and insulting. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers. Whenever they make a mistake, they try to cover it up or blame the customer instead of admitting what they did wrong and apologizing. That shows what kind of attitude they have toward customer service. Anyone thinking about going to this dealership should think twice. More
