Lisa was great to work with. The only trouble I had was with the paperwork taking so long to get to me. The Mfg Cert of Origin took almost 3 weeks. Service center has fallen off a cliff in the last several years. No record of my appointment the first time I came. At the end of that visit they supposedly ordered a part that I made a follow up appointment years. No record of my appointment the first time I came. At the end of that visit they supposedly ordered a part that I made a follow up appointment for. No record of the part being ordered when I arrived. Had to come back a third time. No one ever called to let me know when the part came in. Third trip I was supposed to get my brakes flushed and they chose that time to do service on some type of compressor in the shop. So o will have to come back a fourth time if I want to complete the service that should have taken two trips. Just a very poor experience overall. More

Understaffed and not very good customer service. Nathan is very nice and professional but took 2hours for an oil change at 7am said there was only one tech working. Raymond and the mechanic who worked on my car were both kind and patient with me when I asked questions about my car and the services it needed. He went above and beyond because I didn't actually ask if it could be replaced; he simply knew it needed to be done and that I'd been waiting a long time.
