Bailey and Alexus were both great to work with. I love the Ram I purchased from them, but after getting it home I noticed that it had 2 different brands of tires on it. Would have loved the dealers I love the Ram I purchased from them, but after getting it home I noticed that it had 2 different brands of tires on it. Would have loved the dealership if they would have replaced the tires to all match. That’s a learning experience for me. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks to Alexus and Bailey. More

Poor communication during the process until the last 24 hours when I told them that I would be giving them a bad review on the survey. At that point, the service manager got involved and communication was hours when I told them that I would be giving them a bad review on the survey. At that point, the service manager got involved and communication was great. I just wish it didn’t have to come to that after two weeks of hearing Little to nothing about my Car unless I asked specific questions. A part was late coming in, and it was also the holiday season. I understand all of that, but the lack of communication from my service advisor made it extremely frustrating. The entire experience would have been completely different with better communication. More
