My wife and I made the mistake and purchased 2 vehicles from them in DEC(Almost $180k). It was ok until we got in the finance office and after telling the finance guy no, no, no, I was so tired and hungry and just wanted out of there, we caved just to get him to shut up so we could go home and it was downhill from there. Within a few days we called back to cancel the B***S*** wheel and windshield warranty that was close to $4,000. They came up with every excuse and told us over, and over and over it was being cancelled. Now its 5 months later and are telling us it is not cancellable? SCAMMERS!!! ALL the things that we were promised/told would happen, DID NOT!! They did not follow through with any promise they made. On both vehicle's sticker was a $1499 dealer ad that was supposed to include all-weather floor matts... We never got a set for either vehicle(and of course charged for them)!! As far as going to GM? He is impossible to get hold of and too big of a coward and refuses to man up and call me directly. They need to teach their employees how to call out, NONE of them seemed to know how.....NO ONE!!! Save yourself the grief and anger.............GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! More

I bought and sold a car there 3/2024 and the car I sold to them had 1 payment left. Their business office Angela in accounting) did not process the payoff correctly which resulted in my last payment being to them had 1 payment left. Their business office Angela in accounting) did not process the payoff correctly which resulted in my last payment being delinquent which was turned into the credit bureau. My credit score fell over 100 points and has just now fully recovered. The General Manager of the dealership was no help and felt no obligation to try to help me. Anyone who has dealt with poor credit understands the financial consequences and that a lower credit score actually costs you is money and opportunity. I wish I had looked at their BBB rating (1 star) before I did business with them. Clearly they don't care More
