Mr. Wealand (the salesman) was very attentive and supportive while at the same times gave us our space to make our own decision without pressure. In the financial section, David Canales, was very welcoming and suggestive of benefits pertaining to services and warranties beneficial to any future mechanical and electrical issues down the road. Jerry Crags, their financial account manager even went further by giving us 3 extra years in addition to the 4 years bumper to bumper warranty we purchased (we are waiting on documentation). All in all, we had wonderful experience and happy for our decision to buy at Grapevine Grubbs INFINITY. More
