Walked me through the entire vehicle remotely. Answered all my questions and provided great mechanical detail on the vehicle. After the deal was done he stayed in contact and updated me on the shipment of the XC90 from Grubbs to my home. He sent pictures of the final cleaning of the vehicle and called to ensure it arrived in the same condition it left the lot. Outstanding service and outstanding individual. More

Financing support is horrible. During closing, I was told I could drop extra packages at any time and pay a reduced monthly note. When I went back the next day to drop packages, I was told I’d have to wait a I could drop extra packages at any time and pay a reduced monthly note. A simple call back from original financier would have been nice to discuss what my options were the day afterwards. Do not buy into extra packages! Sales rep is awesome, thanks Al. More

I bought my car there 2 years ago. I was tricked into purchasing a prepaid maintenance plan by a finance guy who said that I could use it at a Nissan dealership since there are no Infiniti dealerships wi purchasing a prepaid maintenance plan by a finance guy who said that I could use it at a Nissan dealership since there are no Infiniti dealerships within 100 miles of my residence. When I found out this was untrue I tried several times to get a refund. The most recent time I was told that I would need to come in person to sign in order to get a refund (a 6 hour round trip). They keep calling me to sell me a new car but no one will fix this super shady sales trick that has me pretty upset. Obviously I don't need to be in person to sign a document they just want me to buy a car. I'm mad. More
