Grubbs always does a fantastic job. Facility is clean and James was very helpful. Loaner was great. However, installation of an accessory should not cost more than the accessory itself. So many buried charges it will make your head spin. One of the worst buying experiences of my life. Saw an Infinity on line, asked what his bottom line was, then asked for all the line item charges tac One of the worst buying experiences of my life. Saw an Infinity on line, asked what his bottom line was, then asked for all the line item charges tacked on to it. Even the tax was padded, $1500 for nebulous charges, the State charges $138.50 for plates and registration, they wanted $495 for the same thing. Every line item is loaded with additional profit somewhere. When I started questioning Mike Higgins on these costs, he never answered the questions, and abruptly discontinued communications, rather than being up front about it. I'd rather they simply say "This is $1500 additional for us" rather than them him & haw about some fantasy charges that really don't exist. They epitomize the stereotypical car salesman and dealership. And after two weeks of no communications from him, he has the nerve, after discontinuing our conversation, to ask me if I am still interested in a car? This is one dealership and salesperson to avoid, unless you like to play games and enjoy seeing padded line charges on top of the vehicle cost. To say I am disgusted with this dealership and experience would be an understatement. More
