HORRIBLE... I don’t even know where to begin. We sold our old truck and purchased a new truck from this Grubbs and the second we drove the truck off the lot their customer service ended. They were supposed t old truck and purchased a new truck from this Grubbs and the second we drove the truck off the lot their customer service ended. They were supposed to mail a check to pay the remaining balance of the truck we sold them and they never did. My husband followed up more than 4 times in a month and a half. Each time they said the check was supposed to go out that day and it never did. Today my husband called to see if the check was sent. The man in finance/accounting said that he was sorry and the check would be sent out today. My husband told him that was not good enough and that he was driving up there in an hour so they could hand him the check and we could pay off the old truck loan (like they were supposed to about 2 months ago). We have already had to pay two additional truck payments since selling the truck in addition to the new truck payments. When my husband drove up there they told him that they could not give him a check but they would mail the check out today. My husband refused to leave until they handed him a check reimbursing us for the payments we’ve already made for the old truck and a tracking number for the check going to pay off the old truck. The lack of customer service is astounding. They told him on the phone that they would rectify the situation and that they were so sorry. Their version of rectifying the situation is doing their job that they should have done two months ago and doing absolutely nothing additional for how we were treated and them not doing their jobs. My husband asked them if they would wash his truck while he had to wait for the check and tracking number and they hesitated before finally giving in to washing his truck, which is the least they could do for their absolutely crappy service. When he was leaving, he realized they didn’t even wash his truck. He was given excuse after excuse and promise after promise with no actual follow through. If anyone decides to buy from Grubbs you better make sure the check is sent out before you leave otherwise you’ll be stuck paying over $600 more in truck payments then you ever planned because they decided not to do their jobs. They are just trying to sell vehicles and they don’t care about their customers. More
