I've sent my car in for service at least 10 times for basic maintenance. The pick up service is excellent & Grubbs works to return your car same day which is excellent. Joe O'Day is an excellent representative for the Grubbs organization. Joe was extremely straightforward with us through our whole purchase process. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns organization. Joe was extremely straightforward with us through our whole purchase process. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. We are from out of state and Joe made all the out of state paperwork available for us for when we returned home. Since the tech man was not working the day we took possession of our car, Joe spent a good deal of time teaching us all about the technology and features of our car. We know we can call him any time we need to in the future. We would highly recommend Joe to anyone in the market for a new car.
