Worst experience I have had to date at a dealer service department. They did $2500 damage to my vehicle while installing tires and refuse to take ownership of their mistake. When I told them I would not pay until my vehicle was returned like it was when I dropped it off the threats began. At this time they refuse to return my car after keeping it for 15 days without any communication on the issue. This was not the only issue I have had with this visit, just the culmination of a horrible trip to their dealership. Steer clear of this place at all costs. They have zero integrity and will cause you nothing but grief. Do not trust anything Jim Mora or any of their service department managers tell you. If they choose to do the right thing I will update the results. More
