Bought a beautiful used Lexus on the evening March 5th. On the way home I noticed the blind spot mirror function wasn’t working. I pulled out the owners manual to educate myself on functionality. She said I could come back and trade it in on another vehicle. I’ve never been so insulted. I’ve gotten no help from management and have been waiting 5 days for a call back from Jacob Taylor.
