Another epic fail of Flubbs Infiniti... They had my car Another epic fail of Flubbs Infiniti... They had my car for over 3 weeks and I went to pick it up today... To only find that they had not replaced Another epic fail of Flubbs Infiniti... They had my car for over 3 weeks and I went to pick it up today... To only find that they had not replaced the run flat tire that had a nail in it! The same tire that they recommended be replaced after inspectition and rotation... Well I was done, went to the service managers office Dana and asked "Do I have a hex or something concerning my vehicle? Why is it EVERY time I've come in here something ALWAYS gets missed or messed up? Do I need to start asking for old parts and fluid to ensure the work is really getting done?" No I'm sorry this has happened and we'll get it fixed... Then I decide to see if Mr. Grubbs III is in to see why he NEVER returned my call (High priority) and he said "I never got the message." Whatever lier... Went over his GMs unprofessional behavior using the death of a staff member to prove his point in a conversationthat that took place 3 weeks prior... He said "My GM felt ashamed of his behavior when we spoke about it." I asked "If Mr. Hayes was so ashamed, what did he do to rectify the situation? Nothing! He could have picked up the phone to apologize or better yet personalize it and send a hand written apology regarding his unprofessional behavior." Mr. GrubbsIII "I thought it was handled... " I replied "Apparently not! Isn't the role of your GM to solve problems before they get to you and me having to sit down and discuss them with you?" "Yes, again I thought it was handled..." I relied "Since the both of you had a conversation about it, that means you knew about it regardless if you got my voicemail or not! You could have reached out to me and apologized for his behavior as well! If my name was attached to a brand, I can guarantee you my staff would be acting with integrity in all regards! Something you should be evaluating very closely at this point!" Take away for Mr. Grubbs III: You're staff on all levels represent YOU and YOUR name! What is YOUR name portraying based on the actions of YOUR staff??? Is it Integrity??? NO! #Infiniti #Grubbs #GrubbsInfiniti #Flubbs BEWARE of GRUBBS INFINITI AKA:Flubbs Infiniti A list of "Factory recommendations" that FLUBBS said needed to be performed on my vehicle... lol However, my Factory Maintenance Manual noted something COMPLETELY different! 1. Transmission Fluid Exchange...lol It is a sealed unit! You CAN NOT exchange ANYTHING 2. Rear Differential Fluid Exchange...lol Inspect only unless Note #2 DOES NOT APPLY TO ME 3. EVAP System Cleaning...lol I guess because my in cabin filter that was just changed isn't doing its job...lol 4. Complete Fuel & Induction Service to remove harmful carbon buildup... My car's only 1.5 yrs old How much carbon could possibly build-up... Severe driving conditions do not apply to me nor does using a car top Carrier! What it seems like to me is shady/unethical business practices and up saling the krapp out of unsuspecting consumers!
