Since this was my first visit and I wasn't familiar with the facility. After sitting in the lounge for a few minutes. To my surprise, he came back and told me he had talked to his manager and was able to get me a loaner. Which meant I could get both items handled and not have to sit and wait. I really appreciate that he made the extra effort to make this happen. And may have won me over as a customer! More
