Paul is the best service advisor I have ever had. I came before and met with Cesar about some noise I was hearing when I start my car. He didn't even bother to take a look and just sa I have ever had. I came before and met with Cesar about some noise I was hearing when I start my car. He didn't even bother to take a look and just said that's normal with the turbo cars. Turns out Paula was able to check for me and turns out I need the Turbo replaced. Had I not gotten Paul this visit I would have been stuck with a bad turbo. Best service advisor award goes to Paul. Willing to come to Grubbs only because of Paul and his help. Last visit I came to Grubbs when I got Cesar as my advisor, I walked out with nothing but a car wash which took an hour for me to get my car back. Next visit I get Paul and he finds additional issues needing attention all covered under warranty. My car was with Paul getting taken care of for about a week. Grubbs needs more people like Paul.
