Depending on the circumstance, this taste can influence an individual to stray away from a business or swear off a brand all together. This is, quite inversely, the case with Grubbs INFINITY. I took my car to Grubbs for service and was amazed by the 3 people that came up to greet me, eager to find my order. "Michael?" A fourth person had called out to me from the service bay, "I'm Paul, I have you all set up for service." Throughout my entire experience, Paul was respectful, communicated frequently and ensured he did whatever he could to take care of me. Paul represents an era of communication service that is a fading fashion, and it's so refreshing to have someone do their work with such ease that they meticulously seem happy to do good honest business. From what I can conclude this behavior is built into a system of ethics at Grubbs as I have never received treatment below outstanding from any of the staff, but I'm thankful for specifically being helped by Paul. My next purchase will probably be from Grubbs, because they pass the standard and set the bar for service Thank you! More
