Black QX50 I was extremely pleased with the entire purchase process at Grubbs and drove off in the exact car I had been looking for, at an affordable price. My first encounter was with Akan, who spent an incredible amount of time giving me great information and showing me vehicles that might fit was I was looking for. Even though I didn’t purchase that day, they continued to search for my wish list. Almost two weeks later, I received a text from Sayed, another wonderful sales person, asking if I was in the market still. He thought he had exactly what I was trying to find and he was right. Everyone I encountered was extremely polite, new their business and aimed to please. Even during the numbers process, they were easy to work with. Once the purchase was made, they went to work preparing the car for me, just as I had envisioned it. The next day, I received a text of my beautiful new QX50 on the showroom floor, dressed out with a red bow on top. It was a great feeling that they were as excited to show it, as I was to drive it off the lot. I would highly recommend Grubbs to anyone and thoroughly enjoyed working with Sayed and his team! More
