Not worth my time I thought i had worked out a deal from out of state with Mike included trade-in and price of vehicle all confirmed (many pictures, videos, calls and t I thought i had worked out a deal from out of state with Mike included trade-in and price of vehicle all confirmed (many pictures, videos, calls and text) only to find out that my time was wasted. Someone in the food chain above Mike "promised" another buyer that the car would be available to test drive the following afternoon (we had been in communications with Mike and whomever Mike was making deals with on and off for over 3 days by this point!). We had full financing in place, was able to secure the vehicle and was will to drive 7+ hours and wanted to secure a purchase 24 hours before the other buyer would have even seen the vehicle. Mike couldn't explain why this buyers was more important than someone that he had been working with for days (too sad that his boss would step on him like this- I'm sure the morale is wonderful between staff if they are treating each other this way) Moral of the story- I hope someone in the food chain above your "salesman" doesn't promise away the vehicle you have a deal on.... not trustworthy even though they claim to be a "family" owned business with great ethics... Apparently the sales manager is lacking on what the business culture claims to be... More
