Poor Service I visited the service department today, 3/1/2019, as my tire pressure light was on. I arrived promptly for an 11:00am appointment. I waited over 2 1/2 I visited the service department today, 3/1/2019, as my tire pressure light was on. I arrived promptly for an 11:00am appointment. I waited over 2 1/2 hours for this service. Not one time did someone come out and update me on what was going on with the vehicle. I asked about the status after being there an hour and a half and was promised someone would check, no one did. It is a shame that every time I go to have a vehicle serviced at Grubbs, I get poor treatment being an NMAC employee. Is it because they can't rip me off and add additional unnecessary costs? At the end of the day, I am STILL a customer and deserve to be treated as such! More

When I came into Grubbs, Duy Nguyen was there every step of the way from helping me choose the exact car that I wanted to helping me finance the car with numbers I feel comfortable with. Unlike some other salesmen I have met who would try to push a purchase towards you, he made sure I was 100% satisfied with the car before he would even proceed any further. Even after purchasing the car, Duy followed up and made sure I was still happy with my choice. The customer service at Grubbs was beyond exceptional. Issues with vehicle not reported on Carfax I live out of state and was working via phone with the salesperson. We agreed on a price, I send in all of my personal information, put a deposit on t I live out of state and was working via phone with the salesperson. We agreed on a price, I send in all of my personal information, put a deposit on the vehicle, paid for a hotel and was 2 hrs into the drive (out of state buyer) only to be called late morning on the day I was to arrive (3 days after making the deal) only to be informed something was wrong with the airbag on the vehicle and they could not sell it to me. (this was not just a recall) Well, as it turns out they already knew something was "not right with the airbag" well before making a deal with me and "thought it had been fixed" but tried to tell me it was on the Carfax report. It was not! Just so happened I when back to double check just in case I miss something, even though I went over that report a few times because I was investing money in a vehicle I had not see in person. Well, I was out the cost of the hotel, plus the time and money of traveling 4hrs for nothing. All they had to say was "sorry" and that didn't even come from the salesperson or management. It would have at least been nice for the salesperson to have given me a call to apology and offer to help me with maybe finding something else. My husband is convicted they just got a better offer and sold the vehicle out from under us, but of course we can't prove that. Very disappointed with this dealership! Beware of issues not being reported fore they do not communicate well at this dealership. More
