Please Sewell come buy this location to rid us of Grubbs We are the definition of insanity - we continue to uses this horrible infinity location and continue to hate ourselves afterward. They transfer and hang up so you never talk to anyone. Sales is great - they sell a great car for 80 grand and then you have to come in for service and I enter xxxx. You are told you will get a survey and when your service sucks they just dont send it. Why cant these people learn from Sewell how to treat customers - they build this beautiful facility in Grapevine from their old location in Euless and all it does is add lipstick to a pig. Leaving for Sewell - never to return. More
