I got real people communicating with me to answer my specific questions and I appreciated that. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I have purchased 26 cars in my lifetime between my husband and I. This dealership by far is the worst I have ever purchased a car from. My sales person was great. The sales manager Joe was a total jerk. I had problems after purchasing my car getting the add on features that we owed to me. The finance Dept. deliberately wrote my contract wrong and would not correct it and when I challenged them on it were VERY rude to me. BUY YOUR CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. More

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February 2016 at the time the check engine light was on and I was assured that this would be checked and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February 2016 at the time the check engine light was on and I was assured that this would be checked and fixed and they would be responsible for whatever was causing this. Well 14 months later, over 3 months of vehicle being in the shop and Grubbs Infiniti not doing as they promised in any way. Of course they sent me to another dealership to deal with their problems!!! They treat women horribly and think we have no brains when it comes to purchasing and maintaining a vehicle. They are incompetent, I had purchased an expensive extended warranty and they "neglected" to get the needed paperwork to the extended warranty company resulting in my vehicle being in the shop for over a month awaiting them getting their act together and getting the needed paperwork into the extended warranty company(all while another dealership waited on them getting their act together AND the other dealership provided me with a loaner car for the whole month while we waited for Grubbs Infiniti to get their act together, of course they could have cared less as it wasn't their loaner vehicle that was being used nor was it their shop that had my car their for a month) BMW Dallas was more than patient with their incompetence and will reinforce all I am stating in this review . They will tell you "we are just trying to help you" in the mean time they place all the work on another dealership. BMW Dallas will tell you exactly what kind of dealership Grubbs Infinity is, an incompetent, untrustworthy, neglectful, misleading, prejudice and very shady dealership and I would steer clear. Especially if you are a woman. There is so much more to this story but due to legal action I am not able to speak on it. But please heed my warning, ladies especially. More
Horrible Horrible Experience.!!! Buyers please be aware . I expected better from a dealership that claims to be number 1. I have owned two previous infinities and the best part of owning them was the cus . I expected better from a dealership that claims to be number 1. I have owned two previous infinities and the best part of owning them was the customer service experience. The salesperson is a typical car sales men that will lie and tell you anything to get the sale. E.G. Great vehicle has leather you know!! I have yet to see an Infiniti without leather seat. Bottom line I went in with my mind set on buying per-owned certified vehicle from them. I called to made sure vehicle was still available. I never got a called back from the Sales persons Louis or Ryan. I decided to take the hour drive. Took 30 min for them to tell me that car that I was looking for was sold. Decided to look at another similar vehicle, found one that included the features and packages that I was looking for, I asked if vehicle was certified. I was told "yes". Salesperson told me the benefits of buying a certified vehicle. To my surprise there is an additional $1500.00 accessory fee added to the listed price if vehicle is certified. Bottom line take your time and try to tune out the noise. Number one objective is to sell you a car and see how far they can take advantage of you in the process. I later come to find out or have explained to me that there is a difference between certified and per-certified. If the sales department is practicing these deceptive practices i can only image the service center. $700.00 oil changes etc... More
