Sales and Service Department I purchased a Q50 back in December from this dealership and as seamless as the purchasing process was; the lies told in regards what they could do for I purchased a Q50 back in December from this dealership and as seamless as the purchasing process was; the lies told in regards what they could do for me was overwhelming. I was told that they would tint my windows, add sport rims, and provide a second key. THEY LIED. I have to threaten them for the second key and they wouldn't tint my windows. There was also problems identified shortly after purchasing the vehicle and they are refusing to fix the issues and keep telling me it's not on them. The vehicle also was not certified at the time of purchase. This is by the worst experience I've ever had with a used car. More

He addressed my concerns and did exactly what he said he would do to meet my needs. I highly recommend him and this location. The Finance department is great and you will enjoy the amenities once inside the building. Very nice! We are satisfied with our car purchase and the overall experience. Recall on my seat and service department damaged by door I went to Grubbs back in October because I had a recall on my passenger seat sensor. Well not paying attention instead of doing a walk thru to inspect I went to Grubbs back in October because I had a recall on my passenger seat sensor. Well not paying attention instead of doing a walk thru to inspect my whole vehicle when I stopped to the to put gas I noticed the passenger door was dent. No to mention the clap piece on the seat was also broken. I called the service department to report it no one ever called back. However I wanted to turn around but by them taking so long to change the sensor I was already running late for my flight. I have a very sick kid and I have to fly all the time back and forth to hospital with him and I haven't had time to go back. I been calling and calling leaving messages since October no response. Well today I finally reach someone and they said for me to bring it back and let check. Hopefully it works out for the best. More

This would be my 4rth infiniti vehicle and a history of 10 years of me leasing Infiniti vehicles at Grubbs Infiniti. It has been very disappointing to see how carelessly the entire leasing transaction was. The salesman promised me a vehicle but it took more than a week to get the vehicle to me and it was very disappointing to realize after driving the "brand new vehicle" that it was full of imperfections and missing parts. The drivers front door has a laud rattling sound while I drive that I had requested the service area to care for and so far the job does not get done. Also the interior of the car has many pieces missing all over. Is this how a customer of more than 10 years is treated? How can I be paying $800 per month on a vehicle that is far less than perfect? My infiniti experience is a very poor one. I am planning to write a review in Dalas Morning News including the Name and location of Grubbs Infiniti describing in detail my bad experience to others. I need to get my car fixed or replaced by so that I get the best Infiniti experience for my money. I will never recommend this dealer or brand to anybody. I have had the privilege of experiencing BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Lexus and really Infiniti has been the worst. Grubbs Infiniti just do not measure up or compare to the above mentioned dealers.
