Now I call the sales manager or the sales rep they don't want to help me.they told me I have to talk to the mechanics.terrible service don't buy any cars from this grubbs infinity dealership. Classic bait and switch tactics. I've emailed the GM and F&I Director, gotten ZERO response from them and find it really sad that a higher-end dealership would condone such tactics. The lack of response from senior leadership tells me all I need to know about the overall integrity of this location and you should be very careful if considering Grubbs Infiniti for your next purchase. More
