I have been driving my new car for over a week now and have already been contacted by Price To make sure I was still satisfied with my new car and to see if there were any questions or needs to be made. I don't remember ever in all the years of buying a vehicle having a salesman care enough to follow up after the deal is done! Extremely pleased. The finance department was very stress free and made my entire experience run very smooth. I Highly recommend Grubbs infinity and Price Clark as your Salesman you will be very impressed!! I can't recommend Nick Amandelario, and Wes Hayes any higher as well! Grubbs Infinity Euless was and is the best dealership I have ever done business with. !! More
Best car sales experience I've ever had. Ken was very professional and worked with us to get us what we wanted. I didn't feel the normal pressure I've felt at other dealerships in the past, Ken was very professional and worked with us to get us what we wanted. Not Impressed I did buy from Grubbs Infiniti and I am enjoying my Infiniti product. However, my buying experience was not as smooth or as good as I had hoped it wo I did buy from Grubbs Infiniti and I am enjoying my Infiniti product. However, my buying experience was not as smooth or as good as I had hoped it would be, but that being said, my biggest complaint occurred when I received a rude email after my purchase. I received a survey from Infiniti asking to rate my experience with Grubbs Infiniti and I obliged and filled it out and sent it back. I was being honest about my experience and rated the dealership and the salesman to reflect that. Please keep in mind, I did not solicit this survey it was sent to me. A few days after I completed the survey and sent it I received a very offensive email from the salesman telling me that my survey giving him and the dealership bad marks had upset him and cost him and his family money that would take him months to recover from. Are you kidding me Grubbs Infiniti ? How immature of someone who claims to be a professional. To Grubbs Infiniti, I say to you, if you do not want consumers to give their honest opinion of their experience with your dealership, then do not solicit and send me a survey. The post purchase email after my survey was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. A simple email saying thanks for buying our product at our dealership would have been appropriate, not an email yelling at me for marks I gave on a survey. I do not want to hear from this immature salesperson again. More

Great buying experience I was thinking about purchasing another vehicle for a very long time. I did a lot of research before I made the decision to actually go by a dealershi I was thinking about purchasing another vehicle for a very long time. I did a lot of research before I made the decision to actually go by a dealership and start looking at vehicles I would like to own. I had a budget in mind and a price range I would not go over. I was looking at Grubbs Infiniti website and I noticed a 2011 G37S with low mileage and the perfect exterior/interior color. I looked at the Carfax and I noticed that it was a one owner vehicle, no accidents, coming off a 3yr lease. After a couple of weeks of looking online at the vehicle I decided to go by Grubbs and take a look at the car. I went early in the morning because I had my mind set that I was not going to buy, just look. When I arrived I looked over the car and it was in perfect condition. You could tell that it was well taken care of. That is the one thing you never know is how someone else teats their vehicles. After looking at the G37S and the other cars on the lot I was about to leave when Sayed Azhar approached me. He asked me which vehicle I was looking at. I told him the G37S. He asked if I wanted to take a look inside. He proceeded to get the keys to the car. I took a look inside and it was just as clean inside as it was outside. I decided to take the car for a test drive. The car drove like a brand new car. Everything was tight, smooth, and very quiet. Once we arrived back at the dealer we started to discuss my purchasing options. I still was not looking to purchase yet but as we began to talk I needed to know all the facts so I decided to fill out the application and begin the car buying process. Sayed made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. Once my car was appraised, credit app reviewed by finance Sayed came back and presented me my options. I looked over the options and I still was not swayed to purchase. Sayed asked me what my concerns were. I told him my concerns and that I decided to wait for to purchase the car. I asked Sayed if I could take the car for a longer test drive and Sayed recommended that I take the car for the weekend. I had never experienced this type of buying experience at a car dealership. I took the car for the weekend. The car was great. I had never driven an Infiniti before. The power from the V6 and handling of the sports suspension was amazing. At the end of the weekend I brought the car back and still decided to wait. Sayed never pressured me to purchase the vehicle. He said he would keep me informed about the G37S and any other vehicles I might be interested in. Sayed and I stayed in contact for almost three weeks. I sent him a message to see if the car was still available and it was. At that point I decided to purchase and we came to terms on purchasing the vehicle all over the phone and via text which was my preferred method of communication. I did not want to sit at the dealer all day. We agreed on a date and time for me to come by the dealership and the process went very smoothly thanks to Mark McWhorter in finance. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Grubbs Infiniti and please ask for Sayed when you go to Grubbs. He gives a new meaning to buying a car. More

Painless & Stress Free! I've located my last 3 vehicles including this one on line, I was totally impressed with Grubb's Infinity's web site, this made my actual shopping e I've located my last 3 vehicles including this one on line, I was totally impressed with Grubb's Infinity's web site, this made my actual shopping experience very painless. I was able to see my vehicle in complete detail. Upon arrival I met with Sayed Azhar, which I had already spoken with on the phone. What a great guy, very personable as well as knowledgable of the product he was selling. If not for Sayed's understanding of my particular situation this sale would have never happened. I will send my friends and family in his direction as the need arises. Nick Amandelaro was very helpful in streamlining the financial end of this transaction, this is normally the stressful part of the purchase process. Absolutely no stress here. Thanks guys for a pleasurable experience and a beautiful G37. More
Awesome experience! In decades past, dealerships got a bad rap; but, I can unequivocally say this was an awesome experience. I was looking for a car that was comfortable In decades past, dealerships got a bad rap; but, I can unequivocally say this was an awesome experience. I was looking for a car that was comfortable for riding long distances, so I did some checking on Consumer Reports. I found the car I was searching and looked up what Ebay had on auction. There it was on Grubbs Infiniti-Euless (close to home). They had exactly what I wanted and it was an easy trade. I have to say, most of the transaction was done by internet and the paperwork was ready to go when I got there. The car was detailed and waiting out front for me. Sayed Azhar was my sales contact. He showed me the car, including all the bells and whistles. He is very polite, understanding and a jewel to work with. Nick was the finance manager, and he also is a gem to work with. There is no high pressure sales tactics, no arrogance or monkeying around. It's all business with a friendly smile! This will be the first dealership I think of when buying another vehicle. More

When I called to tell him I was coming in to look at the car, he had it sitting in the shade out front waiting on me. He is incredibly considerate, and made my buying experience an absolute joy. I don't live too close to the dealership, so Richard volunteered to let me take that car home as to avoid making multiple trips to the dealership. Then, after purchasing the vehicle, Richard had it detailed and then had the car delivered to me. When the car arrived, I was stunned to see Richard right there. He was smiling ear to ear as he knew what that meant to me to be there in person and make the drive. The finance department was also incredibly smooth and stress free. In fact, my entire experience was completely stress free. I can't recommend Richard Smith and Grubbs Infiniti any higher. More
